It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever had anger in your heart toward someone? Whether it was a recent matter or something that occurred years ago, anger has taken residence in your heart. This anger has not been temporary. No matter how much you say it did not bother or affect you, it really did. Have you ever found yourself having evil/negative thoughts toward a particular person? If you could have five (5) free seconds, without punishment, you would express your anger toward this person. Have you ever been there? Are you there now?
I know how it feels to be consumed by anger. Anger that arrives because people second guess your calling, question your integrity, mock your ministry and/or assassinate your anointing. I know how it feels to be so overwhelmed until you are no longer thinking logically. My friend, what do you do When Anger Attempts to Befriend You! The Bible declares in Matthew 5:22 NIV- But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again anyone who says to his brother, RACA, Is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, You fool! will be in danger of the fire of hell. { Anger keeps us from developing a spirit pleasing to God.}
My brother, my sister, who offended you? Who hurt you so bad that now you have anger in your heart? Who took advantage of your love and friendship? Do you realize God cannot use you as He desires when there is anger and bitterness infecting your spirit? The enemy knows God has great works in store for you. He knows God’s hand is upon your life. Knowing this, he also knows the people who wounded you. To prevent you from fully walking in the manifest blessings of God, the enemy continues to bombard your thoughts with past offenses. Beloved, what do you do When Anger Attempts to Befriend You! During these times, you need to submit yourself unto the Lord for internal cleansing. The Bible declares in Proverbs 22:24 NIV-Do not make friend with a hot-tempered man, do not associate with one easily angered. Ephesians 4:26NIV-In your anger do not sin, Do not let the sun go down while you you still angry.
May God Bless you , In your time or need!
